1. Introduction

Welcome to ESWA.life (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of ESWA Focus Mints (“Product”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information & Medical Disclaimer

ESWA Focus Mints are a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Each mint contains sustained-release caffeine—do not consume more than four (4) mints in any 24-hour period. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 16, sensitive to caffeine, have any pre-existing medical condition, or take medication, consult a physician before use.

The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Individual results may vary.

4. Usage Guidelines

Improper or excessive consumption may cause adverse effects such as jitteriness, insomnia, or rapid heartbeat. ESWA Innovations Private Limited will not be responsible for misuse contrary to the dosage and warnings provided.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue the Product at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways; we do not store full card data on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship PAN-India via trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, force majeure) do not constitute breach.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@eswa.life with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; please see the Refund Policy below.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including the ESWA name and logo (trademark application filed and pending), graphics, text, and photographs—is the exclusive property of ESWA Innovations Private Limited, Ahmedabad. No material may be reproduced without written permission.

10. User Content

If you share reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant ESWA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESWA Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ESWA harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Product.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

14. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before initiating litigation, you agree to email support@eswa.life with a brief of your grievance. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings in Ahmedabad courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
