Shipping policy

1. Service Area

We currently ship only within India. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

2. Order Processing
- Dispatch window: All paid orders are picked, packed, and handed over to our logistics partner within 24 hours (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Method & Cost

We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or express/air shipping at this time.

4. Delivery Estimates

Metro & Tier-1 cities 3 – 6 business days
Tier-2/3 cities & towns 5 – 9 business days
Remote / difficult-to-reach areas 7 – 12 business days

*Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to festivals, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable events.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned at the origin hub. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Email support@eswa.life within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.
- Include your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the outer box and product.

After verification we will either reship the order free of charge or issue a full refund—your choice.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ESWA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Unexpected Delays

While we strive to meet the timelines above, delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, strikes, or force-majeure events are outside our control. Such delays do not entitle a cancellation once the parcel is in transit; however, our support team will keep you updated and intervene with the carrier where possible.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in logistics partners or service levels. Any revisions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
