Refund policy

At ESWA, your satisfaction matters. Because supplements are ingestible, we do not accept returns. However, we will refund or reship if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, expired, or otherwise compromised.

1. How to Request a Refund or Reshipment

Email support@eswa.life within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Attach clear photos of:
-The outer shipping box
-The mono-carton and blister pack showing the batch/expiry
-The specific defect (e.g., broken seal, visible spoilage)

Provide your order number, full name, and phone number.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be processed.

Only issues related to product quality or logistics damage qualify.

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our sole discretion.

3. Resolution Options

Full refund to the original payment method OR

Free reshipment of the same product, subject to stock availability.

We will confirm the chosen resolution by email. Processing takes 10–15 business days from approval.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Change of mind or taste preference

Failure to observe the 4-mints-per-day usage guideline, resulting in side-effects

Orders reported outside the 7-day window

Promotional or free items
